His Kids (September to May)
Trinity Lutheran congregation kicks off each years’ children ministry in September. From then on, Trinity’s children’s ministry called, “His Kids” takes place immediately after our Children’s Sermon time with the Pastor during our normal Sunday morning Worship service. Our His Kids education continues until the end of the school year in May. Children who are ages 3-7 year olds and 8-12 year olds are dismissed to Sunday school class rooms for a time of Bible lessons, crafts, games and music weekly. High School Sunday School classes also meet occasionally during our worship service times as well.
Confirmation Program
Students who are 7th & 8th graders are welcome to participate! Trinity Confirmation Classes will be held at times agreed upon between the Pastor, students and parents. We will explore together parts of the Catechism highlighting The Lord’ Prayer, the Apostle’s Creed, and the Ten Commandments. We will also spend a majority of our time on the teachings of the Martin Luther, especially the parts that set us apart as Lutheran Christians. Prayer Chain
Trinity’s Prayer chain currently consists of 10 people who pray for the needs of our church family and friends when emergencies and circumstances arise. The Prayer Chain members get a ONE CALL message regarding the immediate need and begin to bring our burdens and needs of the church before God on a regular basis.
ONE CALL NOW – call system
Trinity has a ONE CALL message system that is used to communicate general event information to everyone in the church such as weather cancellations, upcoming luncheons, or reminders of special events. The Call system helps our congregation stay up to date with what’s taking place in our church.
Women of the ELCA Circles
FRIENDSHIP CLUB/CIRCLE CLUB and Sewing! Ladies from Trinity meet at the church to spend sewing such items as quilts, throws and lap covers for area nursing homes and for outreach ministries for the less fortunate. Feel free to join in for lunch and fellowship even if you don’t sew!!!
Trinity Handbell Choir
Trinity Lutheran Handbell choir meets periodically throughout the church year to incorporate the fun upbeat tempo of handbells to our worship time. For more information or to join the Handbell choir please contact the church office.
Trinity Praise Team
Our Praise Team participates in our worship services throughout the church year utilizing a keyboard, electric guitar, drums and vocals.
